Design-Build proposal for the rehabilitation of 14,000 square feet of the existing building and three phases of new construction totaling 16,000 square feet. New construction includes a new entrance lobby, a classroom wing around a skylight atrium, a multi-purpose facility, garage parking, administrative offices and a new steeple.
